Discovery high quality sonar data with the TSR-1000 Echosounder. The TSR-1000 Echosounder is a coherent single beam sonar designed for applications where underwater range or depth measurement is required.. The sonar is coherent from ping to ping, generating in-phase and quadrature components (I and Q) of the returned signal. The coherent nature of the TSR-1000 Echosounder also enables the detection of motion in stationary targets and one dimensional current profiling.
The TSR-1000 operates directly with open-source PingViewer software, enabling:

Ping1D driver for 200 data points, 8 bit magnitude output
TSR driver for 1 cm resolution, 16 bit magnitude output.

Sonar can be configured and data collected using provided Python code enabling advanced sonar signal analysis. Data can be collected up to four times the transducer frequency.
